How this house works

FIFT operates as a controlled beta. These documents describe the portal as it works today. The terms may be updated before commercial launch. FIFT does not claim any licence, registration, regulatory approval, or legal status it does not hold.

The house

FIFT is a members-only trading portal. Access is reviewed automatically against broker evidence — the requirements are always visible on your review page, and the door opens on its own when they're met.

  • 01FIFT never holds your funds. Your money lives at your broker, in your name, always.
  • 02We never ask for documents. Identity is your broker's job; their verified records reach us automatically.

Your money

Every figure in the portal states where it came from and when. Numbers we cannot prove are withheld or labeled — a green figure is always a proven figure.

  • 03No figure travels by email. Your numbers stay behind your login.

Your data

What we hold about you is only what running the portal needs: your login, your consent record, and the broker evidence your broker sends us. It stays behind your login, and we never sell it.

The programs

Programs are rooms with their terms stated up front. Live automation isn't running in this controlled beta — if it ships, it will trade only on your own account, only with your explicit consent and risk limits, and stop whenever you choose, in the portal or at your broker.

  • 04Stepping out is one action. No calls, no retention offers, no penalties.

Leaving

Leaving is meant to be as plain as the way in — you may stop using FIFT at any time. Your broker relationship and your money carry on untouched; they were never ours to hold.

  • 05You may stop using FIFT at any time. No calls to make, nothing to reclaim — your broker and your money stay yours.

Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-15

1. What FIFT is — and is not

FIFT is a members' trading portal that runs beside your own broker account. It brings automatically matched TradeQuo evidence, journal tools, and membership standing into one product.

FIFT is not a broker, fund, or investment adviser. Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You control your own broker account at all times; FIFT never holds client funds and never trades on your behalf without your explicit consent and your own risk limits. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Signals, scanners and education are informational. They are not trade instructions, and nothing in this portal is financial advice.

2. Your account

You need a portal account with an email address you control. You are responsible for your portal password and activity through your session. Password reset revokes existing sessions.

TradeQuo identity and account evidence appear automatically when authoritative broker records match your verified identity. There is no general broker-registration or credential-connection flow.

One membership per person. Accounts used to abuse access, referral attribution, or rate limits may be restricted after review.

3. Broker evidence, optional product setup and custody

Connections start read-only. FIFT can see balance and history — it cannot place, change, or close trades.

You keep custody of money at your broker. FIFT does not hold client funds, move money, or take power of attorney.

Automatic TradeQuo evidence requires no broker credentials. A limited number of previously activated accounts may continue to use a grandfathered read transport. Separately, invited Calibre members may explicitly configure a product-scoped destination; setup and trading activation remain independent gated decisions.

FIFT does not place orders, manage money, or guarantee outcomes through the membership portal. Stopping an optional retained transport or product setup does not erase authoritative broker evidence; records needed for security, audit, accounting, disputes, or applicable obligations follow the Privacy Notice.

4. Trading-risk acknowledgement

Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You control your own broker account at all times; FIFT never holds client funds and never trades on your behalf without your explicit consent and your own risk limits. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Leveraged products such as CFDs and FX can lose money quickly and may expose you to losses beyond a deposit depending on broker terms. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

Signals, scanners, journals, and simulators are informational. Preview and paper figures are samples and execute nothing.

No live copy automation exists in this controlled beta. If live automation ships, it will require your explicit consent and risk limits, start only when you choose, and remain stoppable in this portal or at your broker.

5. How FIFT may be paid

FIFT may receive affiliation compensation from partner brokers. This can subsidise member access to tools, but it never conditions your access on trading more, and it never influences what appears in your journal or signals.

Volume metrics are capped and risk-aware by design. FIFT does not reward raising client volume beyond each client's own risk settings.

6. Partner programme

Eligible members may introduce other members through a referral code. Commission payment is managed by the broker. FIFT does not approve, send or confirm it.

Partner standing does not require referred members to trade more; volume measures remain subject to member risk controls and verified broker evidence.

7. Acceptable use

Do not probe, overload, reverse, or misuse the service; access another member's account; upload content without rights; or use FIFT to present unlicensed financial advice.

Demo and preview areas are read-only where marked. Do not represent sample data as live account evidence.

8. Changes, suspension, and closing your account

FIFT may update the portal and these terms during beta. Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date; any required renewed consent will be requested in the portal.

You may stop using FIFT at any time. FIFT may restrict access for abuse, security, or applicable legal necessity, with review where appropriate.

9. Liability

The controlled-beta portal is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, FIFT is not liable for trading losses, broker or provider outages, unavailable beta features, or decisions based on informational tools. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

Mandatory rights and protections that apply to you remain in force and cannot be excluded by these terms.

These controlled-beta terms do not designate a governing law, court, or exclusive venue.

Use the contact process first so the operating desk can record and review a concern without limiting any mandatory forum or remedy available to you.

11. How to reach FIFT

FIFT operates the FIFT Trading Portal as a controlled beta.

Privacy, legal, and support requests use the form at /contact. Requests are recorded with a reference ID and reviewed by the operating desk. There is no staffed public inbox or live chat during the controlled beta.
